Big shark in Pakistan - level 3, A12
This gigantic shark is 12 meters in length. His weight is 7 tons. When the fishermen found it 150 kilometers off the coast, it was already dead. The fishermen had a big problem getting such a big shark to the port.
The fishermen took him to Karachi in Pakistan. The shark was so heavy that they had to use machines to get him onto land. At first, they tried to get the shark out of the water with two cranes, but in the end they had to use a third crane to get the shark onto land.
A lot of people wanted to see the shark, so they came to the port to see one of the biggest sharks that has ever been caught. The fishermen sold the shark for 19 000 US dollars.
This type of shark is not dangerous to people as it mostly feeds on plankton.
