Bulls in the streets in Spain - level 1, A12

19-07-2012 18:00

There is a tradition in Spain. Every summer big bulls run in the streets of Pamplona in Spain. Some men run with the bulls. Some men are not fast. The bulls hit them and they fall down.

This tradition is fun but it is very dangerous too. Every year bulls hit 200 men. They need a doctor.

Sometimes some men die. The last man died in 2009. The tradition started in 1924. 15 people died in the history of this tradition.

Words from a higher level: fall (go down very fast), dangerous (full of risk), die (stop to live).
