Children saved from a car - level 1

Children saved from a car - level 1

10-03-2014 07:00

A woman is ill. She drives a car. Her three children are in the car. The woman drives the car into the sea. This happens in Florida.

People see what’s happening. They hurry to the car. They try to open the doors, but they cannot do it. They get in the boot of the car. The children are moved out of the car.

Nobody is injured seriously, but the family still goes to hospital. People move the car from the ocean.

Difficult words: hurry (move quickly), boot (space at the back of a car), injured (have problems with the body).

You can read the original story and watch the video in the Level 3 section.
