Dolphin saves a woman’s phone - level 3

07-10-2015 15:00

It's all too familiar – that sinking feeling when you drop your mobile phone into water. But luckily for this lady, help was at hand, or rather flipper after her device fell into the sea in the Bahamas during a dolphin encounter.

Cacique, the, dolphin, retrieved the phone from the seabed in moments and unfortunately, it may have been all too little too late.

“Don't bring your phone to dolphin encounter!”

Difficult words: that sinking feeling (an unpleasant feeling when you realise something bad), flipper (a dolphin’s part of the body used for swimming), encounter (meeting), retrieve (to find something and bring it back), too little too late (not enough help to save the situation, and arriving too late).

What do you think about the dolphin?
