Helicopter in Seattle - level 1

Helicopter in Seattle - level 1

24-03-2014 07:00

A helicopter is on top of a building. It wants to fly away. Something goes bad and the helicopter falls down.

Two people in the helicopter die. The helicopter hits three cars. One man is very hurt. He goes to hospital. Fifty per cent of his body is burnt.

Firefighters put out the fire. After the accident, there’s gas on the street. Firefighters clean the area. The helicopter is completely destroyed.

Difficult words: very hurt (he has bad problems with his body), burnt (his skin is bad because of fire), put out (stop), destroy (break).

You can read the original story and watch the video in the Level 3 section.

Have you ever flown in a helicopter?
