Laughter yoga – level 1

Are you sad? Do you want to be happier? You can try laughter yoga. You laugh during this yoga lesson. It eases stress and relaxes you. This is good for your body. You can work better afterwards.

Some people don’t want to do this new yoga in the beginning. However, when they try it, they like it. Laughing helps the immune system.

Difficult words: stress (feeling uncomfortable in the mind), afterwards (after something), immune system (system of the body which protects you from viruses and bacteria).

  1. Listen to the news from today and read the text at the same time.
  2. Listen to the news from today without reading the text.

  1. Answer the question under today’s news and write the answer in the comments.

Speaking

  1. Choose one person from the Skype section.
  2. Talk with this person. You can answer questions from Speak in Levels.
