Are you sad? Do you want to be happier? You can try laughter yoga. You laugh during this yoga lesson. It eases stress and relaxes you. This is good for your body. You can work better afterwards.
Some people don’t want to do this new yoga in the beginning. However, when they try it, they like it. Laughing helps the immune system.
