In Daveyton, South Africa, police wanted to take a taxi driver to the police station. The male taxi driver started to fight the police. The officers pushed him to the ground. Then they tied him to a police car. The car started to go. The man was behind the car.

The man later died at the police station. He was 27 years old. He was from Mozambique. The police said that the man was aggressive. They didn’t say that the man was pulled behind the police car.

Local newspapers say that the taxi driver was stopped because he parked on the wrong side of the road.

Interesting words: fight (hit and kick somebody), tie (connect things together).
