New house collapsed - level 3, A12
This house has 5 floors and it was built in 2006 in Karagandy in Kazakhstan. There were problems with the house right from the beginning. The house had several developers and they changed quite often.
There were big problems on 3rd April and residents had to be evacuated. On 6th April 2012 the house collapsed.
As you can see in the video, the house had been guarded by a policeman who you can see in the left bottom corner. The house fell backwards, so the people and the policeman were able to run away and nobody was injured.
Rescue workers started to search the ruins of the building with search dogs. The residents have been promised compensation.
