Old bomb in Japan - level 1

Old bomb in Japan - level 1

11-06-2013 14:00

People found an old bomb. It was a bomb from World War Two. It was not used. It was in a Japanese city. It was near a train station.

The bomb was 40 centimetres long. Experts put bags with sand around the bomb. They detonated it. No people were at the train station. The people who detonated it told the people to go away. It was not safe. People in the whole city heard the explosion.

Interesting words: detonate (make a bomb change fast into small pieces), whole (all).
