Some men in prison in Brazil ride a bicycle every day. It is not good only for their bodies, it also helps them to make the time in prison shorter.
They are riding a bicycle and when they are riding a bicycle, they make electricity for lights in the streets in the outside world.
The project is part of a Brazilian program which helps people in prison give something back to their country.
They ride a bicycle for 8 hours every day. For every three days of riding, their time in prison is one day shorter.
The men in prison say that they feel good when they can help. The streets which were dark and dangerous at night are full of light now. And people walk there again at night.
