Sandwich hit a Prime Minister - level 1

Sandwich hit a Prime Minister - level 1

06-06-2013 14:00

The Prime Minister of Australia visited a school. She shook hands with the students and teachers. Most students were very nice to her but one student wasn't nice.

He threw a sandwich at her. It didn't hit her head. It hit her arm. She probably didn't like it but she wasn't angry. She made a joke about the situation.

The school is now speaking with the boy. This was a second sandwich attack on her this month.

Interesting words: shake hands (touch hands and say hello), threw (past form of throw).
