Special fruit from Colombia - level 3

13-09-2013 06:00

At a glance, they look just like regular crates of fruit. But camouflaged amongst these limes are fake plastic limes containing more than one ton of cocaine.

The Colombian authorities seized the stash on a ship bound for Europe. They found the drugs in 1400 boxes of fruit. It's thought they’d be worth around 45 million euros.

Difficult words: crate (box), camouflaged (hidden), seize (take something), stash (something hidden).
