This man can fly. He built special wings and he flew over Rio de Janeiro. He jumped from a helicopter and flew around the city and the famous statue of Jesus Christ.

He continued with his flight over Copacabana. Then he opened his parachute and landed on Copacabana beach.

His name is Yves Rossy. He was a plane pilot before and he is from Switzerland. He made his wings at home and his first flight was in 2006. The wings were 2.4 metres wide. From that time, he is trying to make wings simpler and shorter. Now, his wings are now only 2 metres wide and he can do some acrobatics.
