Time will change - level 2

Time will change - level 2

29-10-2011 21:00

Time will change tonight. Summer time will end in most European countries and in the USA and Canada too. The time will go back one hour at 3 am on Sunday.

But there will be no change in Russia. The Russians will not sleep one hour longer like other people. Dmitry Medvedev, the president of Russia, decided not to change time this year. Why? It is simple. The time change is not good biorhythms of people and cows. The cows are shocked in spring when they have to wake up one hour earlier and again in autumn when they can sleep one hour longer. It is not good for them.

But businessmen don’t like this change. The time difference between Russia and Germany, Russia’s biggest business partner, will be three hours. It’s not good for business. It is also a problem for computers. They are not prepared for this change. Also, when you travel from Norway to Russia by car, the time difference will be 3 hours. It is a very strange thing in Europe.
