How about this for a catch? 50 kilos and 1.62 metres of yellowcheek carp, caught by a fisherman in Shanghai’s Baoshan Lake.

The fish are vicious carnivores and highly aggressive, making this even more impressive. The carp is believed to be one of the largest of the species ever netted.
