Water takes a car - level 3

A car is swept away after flash floods cause a major mud slide in Colorado. Luckily, reports say no one was inside at the time.

This video was shot by Ed Flanagan as he was stuck on a highway west of Manitou Sprigs.

The mud slide trapped more than a dozen cars on Wednesday afternoon. It's not thought there were any injuries. More than a half inch of rain fell in less than twenty minutes on Monday. The mud flowed into twenty houses in this area and more than 160 people were forced to flee a trailer park. The clean-up is now under way.

Interesting words: flash floods (a sudden local flood), major (serious), flee (leave quickly), trailer park (place where people live in their trailer).
