If you know 50 percent of the words or more from one level, this level of English is for you.
If you know all the words from one level, go one level up.
If you don’t know 50 percent of the words from the level, go one level down.

Your level can be difficult for you at the beginning. Try to read short news on News in Levels for two or three weeks and it will be better. If it is still very difficult, go one level down for some time and then go back to your level. It should be better when you are back.
