Many people talk to AI chatbots. The chatbots help when people feel sad.

They are free and easy to use. People can talk to them any time they need. Some people do not have a therapist, so they use the chatbot. It can learn how people talk and give answers which help.

But the chatbot is not a real person. It does not feel or think. Some people need more help than a chatbot can give. A therapist is still very important. One doctor says we must use AI carefully.

Still, AI helps people with no one to talk to. Some people do not have money for a therapist or live far from one. Experts believe that more people will use chatbots in the future.

Difficult words: chatbot (a computer which talks like a person), therapist (a person who helps with bad feelings), carefully (with care).
