Amazon is building a very big AI center in Indiana. The center is on a large farm area. It has many special chips called Tranium 2. These chips help Anthropic, a company which works with AI.

Before, the land has only corn and fields. Now seven buildings work, and there will be 30 buildings later. The center needs a lot of electricity and water. People in the town worry about roads, water, and electricity. Amazon pays money to fix them. The company uses its own chips, not Nvidia chips, so it can save money.

The center shows how a big company can build many AI machines fast and help AI companies train computers.

Difficult words: chip (a small part which makes computers work), fix (to repair or make something work correctly), train (to teach).
