This month brings positive news from around the world in nature, health, and clean technology. Amazon deforestation dropped by nearly 40 percent, and reduced forest fires, while wild tigers were returned to Kazakhstan.

In Canada, Indigenous communities teamed up with the government to protect a huge ocean area.

In health news, a tiny eye implant approved in Europe helps bring back lost vision, and a fast liquid treatment stops tooth decay in young children without drilling. Also, global HIV infections dropped to their lowest level in 30 years, and new digital tracking helped health teams vaccinate 200,000 children in Nigeria.

Lastly, European laws now want clear labels on AI videos, and electric cars made up almost 30 percent of new global car sales.

Difficult words: deforestation (cutting down forests and trees across a wide area), implant (a tiny piece of medical equipment placed inside the body to help it work), vision (the ability to see things with your eyes), decay (damage to your tooth).
