In Alabama, the United States, a woman with two wombs gives birth to twin girls.

Kelsey Hatcher and her husband welcome Roxi Layla and Rebel Laken at a hospital. This pregnancy is very unusual. The chance is one in a million. Hatcher’s doctor knows about it. But he is very surprised. The pregnancy is risky. Doctors end it at 39 weeks. After 20 hours, the twins are born—one normally and the other through an operation.

Usually, twins share one womb. Hatcher is excited to share the full story and is now at home. She is enjoying her daughters and the holidays.
