Oakland Zoo is in California, USA. A baby baboon is born there. He is one month old now. He spends all of his time with his mum. He clings onto her.

These baboons are from the north-east of Africa. The zoo says that their population is going up.

Difficult words: baboon (a monkey that lives on the ground), cling (hold onto), population (the number of animals or people).
