CEO pay in the US grows very fast. The money gap between CEOs and workers is very big. Elon Musk gets a very large pay deal from Tesla. Other big company bosses also get much more money.

High CEO pay is now normal in big companies. CEO pay is not one money. There is extra money and company stock. Company stock is a part of a company. When the company makes a lot of money, the CEO gets more money. Elon Musk gets stock when Tesla does well. This way is better for companies. CEOs want the company do well.

Many people say that high pay helps companies grow. Other people say that it is not fair. Worker pay grows very slowly. CEO pay grows very fast. Many people ask if this system is good or not.
