This video is for people who are smart but feel stuck. They often wait for the perfect time to act.

Five things stop people from changing their lives. These are overthinking, fear of not being good, feeling very tired, thinking badly about yourself, and waiting too long to start.

Many people want to do everything perfectly, so they do nothing in the end. They feel bad when they are not fast or great at something. They think they are lazy, but they are just tired. Some people want to change, but they still see themselves as lazy or slow. And waiting becomes a habit.

People don’t need to be perfect, they only need to take action, even a small one. Action helps them feel better and break the bad habit.

Difficult words: stuck (unable to move), overthinking (thinking too much), take action (to do something).
