How to change your life – level 3

17-06-2025 15:00

This video is for people who are smart but feel stuck in life.

Feeling stuck is not because you are broken but because your brain is caught in a loop of unhelpful habits. These habits include overthinking, fear of looking average, mental tiredness, a weak self-image, and waiting for the perfect time to start.

Each of these five stages makes it harder to move forward. Overthinking feels productive, but it leads to no action. Fear of being mid stops people from starting. Tiredness can look like laziness, but it means you need rest. If you see yourself as someone who never finishes things, you will act that way. Waiting for the right moment becomes an excuse not to start.

The way out is through action. Even small, imperfect steps help break the loop. You don’t need more talent, you need to do something now, not later. That is how you create change.

Difficult words: loop (a repeated circle of action), self-image (the way a person feels about their personality, achievements, and value to society).

You can watch the video news lower on this page.

Which of the five unhelpful habits leads to feeling productive without ever taking action?
