A court in Paris says that Marine Le Pen is guilty. She takes money from the EU. But the court changes her punishment.

Now, she can legally run in the election for president in April 2027. But she has a new problem. She must stay at home for one year and wear a special electronic device on her leg. Le Pen says that she hates this device. She will not run if she must wear it. She wants to meet with people face-to-face.

If she stops, a young man from her party, Jordan Bardella, will try to become the new president of France.
