Unilever wants to make a new ice cream company called Magnum Ice Cream Company. It wants to sell parts of it in Amsterdam, New York, and London. But now. Unilever cannot do it.
The US government shutdown stops many offices from working, and Unilever must wait. SEC is a company which checks important papers. SEC cannot work now. Unilever must wait.
Unilever is not worried. It will start the plan later. People who give money to Unilever think the company is strong and will grow.
Difficult words: shutdown (when the government closes and stops work), office (a place where people work), plan (what you want to do in the future).
