Meghan’s First Job – level 1

02-04-2020 07:00

Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, and her husband, Prince Harry, stop working for the Royal Family in March.

Meghan has a first job. She narrates Disney’s new documentary. It is called Elephant. The documentary is about an elephant family. The elephant family walks 1,000 miles across a desert.

Meghan likes elephants. She and her husband, Prince Harry, work in Botswana in the past. They work with a conservation group in Botswana. The group helps elephants. Meghan meets the filmmakers. They know that Meghan is interested in elephants. They want Meghan to narrate the documentary. She agrees.

This documentary starts on Disney Plus on April 3.

Difficult words: narrate (to speak during a movie or a documentary), documentary (a show or a movie about a real topic), conservation group (people who help protect animals and plants that are in danger), filmmakers (people who make a movie or documentary).

You can watch the original video in the Level 3 section.
