Musk slows down internet for Ukraine – level 1
27-10-2026 07:00
A new report says that Elon Musk slows down the satellite internet for Ukraine. It is called Starlink. Ukraine uses Starlink to fight against Russia.
This makes it very hard for Ukrainian soldiers to use drones and stop rockets. Ukraine’s president says that the internet is still slow, but leaders are trying to fix it. Some people say that Musk talks to Donald Trump first. Others think that he does it alone.
American politicians are very angry. They want to find out what really happens. They believe that one rich man should not have so much power in a war.
Difficult words: fix (to make something work again), alone (without other people or help), power (when you can control or have an impact on what happens to other people).
You can watch the original video in the Level 3 section.
Why are American politicians angry, and what do they believe about one rich man having so much power in a war?
