Porsche is a famous car company from Germany. It makes less money this year. The company loses 96% of its profit.

People do not buy many electric cars. Porsche wants to make more petrol and hybrid cars again. It costs a lot of money to change the plan. In China, people buy fewer cars now. Volkswagen, the big company that owns Porsche, loses money too.

Porsche also pays extra money because of tariffs in America. A new boss will start soon to help the company and make more sales.

Difficult words: profit (the money which a company makes after it pays all its costs), hybrid car (a car which uses both petrol and electricity to move), tariff (a tax which a government puts on things coming from another country).
