Snake Massage – level 1

A spa in Cairo, Egypt, offers a special massage. It is a snake massage.
The massage is 30 minutes long. First, a masseur puts oil on a person’s back and face. Then he puts 28 snakes on the body. The snakes are not dangerous to people. The owner of the spa says that snakes help lower pain. They feel the pain of muscles and joints. They move over the body.
Some people are scared at first. Then, they get calm soon. They start to enjoy the massage. They can relax during the massage. They feel happier when the massage ends.
Difficult words: spa (a place where people can have a bath or a massage), masseur (a person whose job is to give a massage to people), joint (a place in the body where two bones come together).
