The United States and Israel attack Iran. President Trump wants to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons.

Iran fires rockets at US bases in the region. Some countries stop the rockets in the air. There are explosions in Iran and Israel. Planes do not fly over these countries now.

Iran’s leader, Ali Khamenei, dies during the attacks. He is the leader of Iran since 1989. The fighting starts after weeks of protests and talks about nuclear weapons. Many people are worried that the war will start.

Difficult words: nuclear weapon (a very strong bomb), base (a place where soldiers and military thigs stay), explosion (a loud burst which breaks things).
