The US men’s hockey team wins the Olympic gold medal. They beat Canada 2–1.

The winning goal comes in overtime. The game is fun to watch. Many players are stars in the NHL. They usually play together. Now, they play against each other.

The score is 1–1 before overtime. Jack Hughes scores the winning goal. The American goalie plays very well. This is the first gold medal for the US men since 1980. It is also the first time that both US men and women win gold in hockey at the same Olympics.

Norway wins the most medals at the Games, and the United States is second.
