King Harald V of Norway dies. He is 89 years old. He is king for 35 years.

People in Norway are very sad. He is a good and kind king who helps everyone. He cares about immigrants and minorities. Many people say that he is like a grandfather to the country.

Now, his son is the new King Haakon VIII. The new king says that he will work hard for Norway. Many people put flowers at the royal palace to remember the late king.

Difficult words: immigrant (a person who comes to live in another country), minority (a smaller group of people who are somehow different from others), royal palace (the large building where a king or queen officially lives).
