Germany looks for doctors from other countries to work in hospitals. The country helps with homes, visas, and learning German.

Doctors must pass exams and work with older doctors. Dr. Freddy Bautista Vanegas comes from Bolivia. Patients like him talk about his country. The program helps Mexico and Colombia because many students want medical work.

Germany needs more doctors because many jobs are empty. Each state has different rules, so doctors need help to do the work. They must get the right papers to work as a doctor in two years. Bautista Vanagas studies for his last test to finish the program.
