Good news of October – level 1

Good news of October

30-10-2026 15:00

There is good news from around the world today! People cut down fewer trees in the Amazon rainforest, and wild tigers return to Kazakhstan. Canada makes a big sea park to save fish and ocean life.

Doctors make many great improvements. A small new eye tool helps sick people see again. A quick liquid stops tooth pain in children. Health workers also help 200,000 children get vaccines in Nigeria.

Also, new European rules say that AI videos must have clear labels. Another good news is that almost 30 percent of new cars in car shops are now electric.

Difficult words: return (to come back), improvement (a change which makes something better), liquid (a substance which flows freely, like water or oil).

You can watch the original video in the Level 3 section.

How does the small new eye tool help sick people?
