Lionel Messi spoke about the young Spanish star Lamine Yamal before their big World Cup final match.
Messi talked about a famous old photo where he is holding Yamal as a small baby. He said this photo is crazy because now they are playing against each other in the final.
Messi praised the 19-year-old player and said he is already one of the best football players in the world. Because Messi loves Barcelona, the club where Yamal plays, he wishes him good luck for his future.
But Messi explained that Argentina would do everything they can to stop Yamal during the game. He wanted his team to play a great match so that the young star couldn’t play his best version in the final.
