On November 18, 2022, North Korea tests a rocket. It is the country’s biggest rocket.

The rocket is called Hwasong-17. It can fly to the United States. This fact worries US officials. They say that the UN bans such rockets. North Korea must be responsible for not following the rules.

Engineers, scientists, and soldiers are at the test. North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un and his daughter are there, too. It is the first time when his daughter is at a test. Some people think that she will be the country’s next leader.

Kim says that North Korea will become the strongest country in the world. He must protect the country and its people.

Difficult words: test (to check how something works), ban (to stop officially), responsible (care about something and have control over it).
