A very important leader in Georgia dies. His name is Ilia II. He is 93 years old. He was the boss of the church for a long time.

Ilia II starts his work in 1977. It is not easy. Georgia belongs to the Soviet Union at that time. Many people in the country love him. They think he is a very good man. Ilia II helps people when they are sad or angry. He wants everyone to be friends. He works for many years to make the church big and strong. He is a spiritual father to many people.

Now the people in Georgia are very sad. The church must choose a new boss in two months.
