Real Madrid wins La Liga – level 2

On Saturday, club Real Madrid won against club Espanyol, and Real Madrid won the second title of Spanish La Liga in three years.

Tennis star Rafael Nadal started the match with an honorary kickoff. Player Rodrygo scored two goals in the first half, and players Arensio and Benzema added two more goals in the second half. Real Madrid won 4-0 and it the club earned its 35th league title.

Real Madrid won 25 games in La Liga this year, and it lost only three. Real Madrid manager and former AC Milan player Carlo Ancelotti became one of the most successful coaches, since he won titles from four different leagues, such as the English Premier League and the German Bundesliga.

Difficult words: honorary (when someone does something as a reward, not in a usual way), kickoff (the start of a soccer match), coach (a person who trains a team or player).
