Special Emergency Landing – level 2

27-07-2022 15:00

A single-engine plane was carrying five people when it ran out of power. It could only glide and was forced to make an emergency landing on a New Jersey, USA highway – it landed on the grass-covered median.

Some of the passengers were students from a nearby skydiving school. The instructor had minor injuries, including a cut on his arm.

People are investigating the incident.

Difficult words: glide (to fly without engine power), median (the land between the lanes of a highway), minor (small).

You can watch the original video in the Level 3 section.

What do you think about this incident with this plane?
