Two big earthquakes hit Venezuela. The houses on the coast are broken. More than 1,700 people are dead, and 46,000 people are still missing.

Families are very sad, but they are still looking for their loved ones. Some workers use their hands and special machines to find people under the rocks. But there are happy stories, too. A mother and her baby come out alive after five days. The mother helps her baby stay strong.

People are angry at the leaders. They think that the leaders are lying about the bad news and the true number of dead people.
