Many people share their lives online to feel important. But strong people often stay quiet. They do not post much. They feel calm and safe inside. When you are quiet, you are not afraid. It shows that you are strong inside.

These people do not need likes or praise. They do not show everything about their life. They trust themselves and feel good as they are. They care about their own life, not about attention.

They choose peace over noise. They work on their goals and keep their energy to themselves. They share only with close people. It helps them grow and feel strong.

Difficult words: praise (kind words from others), attention (when people look at you or listen to you), peace (a calm and quiet feeling inside).
