Very Small Pumpkins – level 3

14-10-2016 07:00

Legoland’s famous Miniland unveiled the world’s smallest pumpkin patch with the little pumpkins being just 3 centimetres tall. The Halloween harvest scene features more than 200 of the little pumpkins, including a batch of minuscule jack-o’-lanterns, which took over 60 hours to carve. The impressive patch also has hay bales, mini Lego tractors, farmers, and even scarecrows.

Difficult words: unveil (show people for the first time), patch (a small piece of ground for gardening), harvest (the time of gathering/collecting crops), batch (many), minuscule (extremely small),  hay  (dried grass), bale (a pack, a load), scarecrow (a thing that looks like a person and scares away birds in from the field).
