Five teenagers died in Ireland after driving a stolen car the wrong way on a busy highway.

Their car crashed directly into another vehicle carrying a family to the airport. Four family members were seriously injured, and two women are still fighting for their lives in the hospital.

Reports revealed that the boys had previously posted videos on social media which showed stolen cars and dangerous driving to get likes and followers on social media. The Irish government and police blamed social media platforms for encouraging this reckless behavior.

Officials are now contacting TikTok to ensure the company takes down these dangerous videos. TikTok claimed it is actively monitoring the platform and deleting accounts that break its rules against illegal actions.

Difficult words: highway (a fast road which connects cities), blame (to say or think that someone or something is responsible for a bad event or mistake), reckless (doing something dangerous without caring about the risks or safety of others).
