A tire falls off a plane – level 2

14-03-2024 07:00

A shocking incident happened when a plane bound for Japan lost a tire during takeoff. United Airlines diverted the flight to Los Angeles International Airport.

The falling tire damaged cars in the San Francisco airport parking lot. Thankfully, the Boeing 777-200 landed safely at LAX, and there were no injuries among the passengers and crew. United Airlines arranged another plane for the passengers.

There were several mid-air issues involving Boeing planes recently. This raised concerns about aviation safety.

Difficult words: bound (going or ready towards a specified place), mid-air (above the ground), aviation (the flying or operating planes).
