AI videos – level 2

16-10-2025 07:00

Short videos made by AI, called AI slop, are everywhere online. They often last about eight seconds and can easily trick people.

These videos look real but show fake news, disasters, or events. They spread fast because people share them quickly. Experts say making longer AI videos needs a lot of computer power. We can find fake clips by watching for signs like strange hand shapes, nonsense words, or no camera movement. Some companies, such as Google, try to mark AI videos with secret watermarks, but it is hard to see them. People must stay careful, check other pages before believing something, and stop sharing videos that look weird.

Difficult words: trick (to make someone believe something that is not true), nonsense (something that has no meaning or sense), watermark (a mark on an image or video that shows who owns it or that it is official).

You can watch the original video in the Level 3 section.

What signs should people watch for to find fake AI clips?
