Europe needs TNT to make big army shells. One factory in Poland makes it. But Europe uses a lot, so it needs more.

A company in Sweden wants to help. The company is SWEBAL. It wants to make TNT in a new factory. It can make a lot by 2027. SWEBAL wants to use local tools and parts. This is faster and helps local jobs. TNT from far away takes too long to get to Europe. The EU wants to give money to help the army work. But help is slow.

SWEBAL says Europe should work as one team. Right now, each country uses different tanks and shells. That makes the army work hard. SWEBAL says that Europe must change to stay safe.

Difficult words: shell (a bullet or bomb), tool (an object which you use to fix something), tank (a large military vehicle with a big gun).
