Europe needs more TNT – level 2

Europe needs more TNT to make shells for defence. Right now, only one company in Poland makes TNT, and a lot of it goes to the US.
Sweden Ballistics (SWEBAL) wants to help by making TNT in Sweden. Their goal is to produce 4,500 tonnes each year by 2027. That is not enough for all of Europe, but it will help. SWEBAL says Europe shouldn’t depend on countries far away to get TNT. If there is a war or a problem, TNT might not be available. SWEBAL wants to use tools and materials from nearby, which helps jobs and saves time. The EU has a plan to give money for defence, but companies say they are not getting enough help yet. Also, many countries use different tools and machines, which makes it hard to work together. SWEBAL says Europe needs to solve this problem to stay safe.
